As you are all aware, COVID-19 has disrupted our community.

In an effort to keep our community safe from the destruction of COVID-19, businesses have closed indefinitely, school age children have not seen a classroom in months, and thousands in our area are now without a job...and unemployment continues to grow.

An unprecented rise in requests for rent assistance, utility assistance, and food assistance is resulting. In the month of March 2020, overall requests for assistance rose by 70%* compared to last year. Food requests increased by 972%.

Your support is needed now more than ever.

Vincentian volunteers have been in our community are on the front lines assisting families before the pandemic, during the pandemic, and we will be here to support families after the pandemic.

Your gift today helps keep families in their homes, it helps keep their lights on, and helps provide struggling families with meals.

We are ONE Society- we feed, house, clothe with love and compassion.

But it is only with YOU that this work can be done.

In these uneasy times, the greatest gift you can give a struggling family is the security of having a safe place to shelter. Your donation today can do that very thing. Donate today to assist a family in critical need.

You can give a ONE TIME GIFT as well as a monthly recurring donation. Every gift has an huge impact.

In addition to your financial gift, we kindly ask for your prayers. Please pray for healing and strength for those battling with the eects of COVID-19. Please pray for the safety and health of all those on the front lines.

On behalf of St. Vincent de Paul, Southwest Texas, thank you for your support both past and present.
