From a young age, my parents instilled in me the spirit of giving back to those in need.
They would say, "You never know what others are going through", as we worked the SVDP food pantry during my elementary and middle school years.
It is especially important now for all of us to give as so many are suffering around us.
If we all do our part we can make a huge impact in our beloved community.

These days, things are changing so quickly. More and more people are losing jobs and benefits. More and more people are struggling to make ends meet and it breaks my heart.
